Your Wedding Breakfast

An important decision for your dream day.  At Bishopswood we have a superb variety of different menus for you to choose from - all carefully selected by our Head Chef depending on your theme and budget.  Whether you are looking for a more traditional sit down dinner or a delicious fork buffet, we can cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.

We have a function menu planner which allows you to choose a starter, main course and dessert – with a cost per head the finance is easy to work out.  Alternatively we will work with you to design a menu that is right for you and your dream day.  With either option the complimentary food tasting helps finalise the choice if you are stuck between two options.  Below we have given three examples of wedding breakfast menus:

Other favourites for weddings held at Bishopswood have been BBQs, Hot Fork Buffets and Carveries.  Information can be provided upon request for any of these options.

For your evening reception we can offer a finger buffet or sausage & bacon in rolls.  Start the music, enjoy some dancing and a drink then we'll bring out the food for your guests to enjoy.  Our finger buffets consist of hot and cold items that you get to select from the menu, a cost per head makes it easy to stay within budget if necessary.

Canapes

Depending on the time of your wedding service and your arrival at Bishopswood, you may want to consider serving Canapes at your drinks reception or whilst your photos are being taken.  We offer a chefs selection tray which our waitresses will circulate around the room.

As an example we are able to provide: Salmon & prawn roulade crostinis, green grape chutney & camembert crouton, thai crab fishcakes, spicy meatballs with mild tomato salsa, cheese straws, filo prawns and olives.
